"Dan Timm was most helpful in the sale of our home. Dan is very knowledgeable of the the Libertyville/Green Oaks area as well as the current market of the area. We received several offers which Dan knew were below the minimum we wanted to accept. Dan provided comments and guidance in managing the offers, which was appreciated.
