My wife and I just closed on our new home. We have purchased many homes over the course of our lives and never - ever - have we received the attention of a real-estate team like we did with Dan and Mary! Dan took our first phone call, asked all the right questions and ran with our wish list to help us find our new home. He was engaged, thoughtful, caring and - most importantly - never pushed us. As a seasoned professional his insight into the market, the team he brought with him (mortgage broker, attorney and staff) were available 16 hours a day and all weekend! The communication was over the top fantastic. Dan had a family vacation planned during our offer process and some negotiations. He asked us to work with his team member Mary who did not miss a beat! She made us feel as though we were her only client. Texts and calls at 9, 10 at night were not unusual. We never felt like they were put out! NEVER! We would highly recommend Dan, his entire team to guide you through your journey of homeownership whether it's your first time or 10th time purchasing a home! I promise you will not be disappointed!
