"Dan Timm came to take a look at our house and propose some upgrades. It was very helpful to have fresh eyes. He also made comparisons to other sales with and without upgrades. He brought in an electrician and a handyman to make suggestions. Their ideas were good, though we didn't do all of them, their work was high-quality, and their prices reasonable. It was really convenient to have Dan's guys doing the upgrades. We have just built a house, so we are familiar with prices for trades and we were really pleased with the quotes. All work was done on time and on budget, too.Again, nothing but top marks. Dan was out of town in the mountains when we got our offer, but he kept communicating as cell coverage allowed and everything worked really quickly.Dan was very helpful in every stage of the process, including with prepping the house, setting a price (and then adjusting it upward after the work was done), appearing for the inspecition and working with the potential buyers.Sold our house in 24 hours, closing in 4 weeks, for more than we expected to get. Hard to think of anything to complain about under those circumstances."
