Besides having very good suggestions himself, he gave us trusted referrals when outside help was needed. When we finally found our next home, we felt completely ready to list this one. We could not have done this without Lauren. She gave great advice and knew exactly when to push and when to pull. Her industry knowledge was invaluable during our home buying process. We reached a stall point after our offer was accepted because of a low appraisal but this didn't stop Lauren. She worked diligently with the all parties involved and was able to get the appraisal adjusted, which I'm given to understand is near impossible.
