We had been trying, for quite a while, to find a rental that met our requirements. We had very limited success and a lot of frustration. When we were able to find potential rentals, some went off the market faster than we could arrange to see them, others were very difficult to line up a visit, and the ones we did get to see didn't work out. It was also a little scary when you're not always sure who you are dealing with. Lauren cut through all of that for us. She was able to find numerous listings that met our needs and arranged for us to see multiple listings in one trip to the area we wanted to relocate to. She was very considerate of our time/schedule as well as the lessor/agents. She reviewed the process with us and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I honestly don't see how we would have found our rental without her. We recommend Lauren highly to anyone looking to rent, lease, buy, or sell.Vern and Cindy

Dan was of immeasurable help in selling our Mother's house after she moved into alternative housing. It was a challenging sale insofar as the house was circa 1972 and had very little updating following construction. Dan's knowledge of the market was invaluable in arriving at an appropriate listing price. And after a troublesome inspection and the attendant complaints/demands, it looked like the deal might be dead. However, Dan stuck with it and helped negotiate a restructuring of the contract that permitted the sale to move forward. Moreover, he was totally on top of the contractor piece, offering his recommendations for painters, drywall experts, insulation contractors, radon remediation, etc. Dan did yeoman's work on the sale during what was a very difficult time for the family -- our Mother passed away a week before the sale. If you're looking to sell or buy a piece of property in Libertyville or the near environs, you could not do better than retaining Dan as your agent.
