My wife and I just closed on our new home. We have purchased many homes over the course of our lives and never - ever - have we received the attention of a real-estate team like we did with Dan and Mary! Dan took our first phone call, asked all the right questions and ran with our wish list to help us find our new home. He was engaged, thoughtful, caring and - most importantly - never pushed us. As a seasoned professional his insight into the market, the team he brought with him (mortgage broker, attorney and staff) were available 16 hours a day and all weekend! The communication was over the top fantastic. Dan had a family vacation planned during our offer process and some negotiations. He asked us to work with his team member Mary who did not miss a beat! She made us feel as though we were her only client. Texts and calls at 9, 10 at night were not unusual. We never felt like they were put out! NEVER! Having worked as a service professional for 38 years I frowned on leaving reviews whether good or bad. I personally never wanted to be reviewed myself as it can go either way. Well that all changed today. When I met Dan the first time, I immediately felt comfortable as we navigated a our first showing. His attention to detail is what caught my attention. It was as if he was the buyer. Literally within a week my husband and I found the house of our dreams... and yes, it has a white picket fence. This review is not over, however. The timing on our search was right in the middle of a planned vacation by Dan , who then passed the baton to the equally amazing Mary. Mary led the charge with so much confidence and grace. We never hesitated calling with questions as she was always available. She went above and beyond in every step of the process. The entire team set before us couldn't be better. I would highly recommend them 100 %.

Dan sold our seemingly unsellable house TWICE! We lived in a very unique home and were eager to move. A previous realtor had the listing for months with no interest/movement. We met Dan through a mutual friend and decided to give him a try. Dan was great. It was a little tough to hear the truth when it came to the changes we needed to make. But we made those changes and complete with Dan's marketing and reach...voila! The house sold. Those buyers backed out in the 11th hour. We panicked. No need. Dan found another buyer. All went through and we closed quickly. We have recommended Dan to friends and, honestly, complete strangers should a conversation strike about home buying and selling. All have been thrilled! We had a great sell-side experience with Dan. Given we were a relocation client, we had to get the house on the market ASAP. From day 1, Dan was extremely specific on things he wanted us to do to ensure the house showed to its potential and max out the bids. I have to say, not all realtors will push you in a certain direction. Instead they'll make it more of a polite suggestion. With Dan, it was 'you need to do this" and "you need to do that". Some were major fixes, some was pretty minor and what I thought to be pretty superficial (I'd be proven wrong later). And if we needed help with some repairs or touch-ups, Dan had his folks on standby to come in and help. He was insistent on bringing in a professional stager (Chris) who was fantastic. I was reluctant to pay a little extra money for this service but it was worth every single penny. The house showed so much better with Chris' repositioning some things in various rooms and with the addition of her meticulously placed props. Dan also brought in a top tier photographer. The pictures in the listing were incredible and far exceeded our expectations. Early on Dan told us 'trust me, I got you covered and you're going to be delighted by what you see with your listing and the responses you get'. He was right. Our house sold in just a couple days and we got what we wanted for it, and that was all we could ask for given our circumstances. We highly recommend Dan and his highly professional team at B&W.

We executed his staging and decor recommendation, and within 10 days of putting the house back on the market, we had an offer. Within 3 weeks of receiving that offer, due to his consistent follow up with the buyer's representatives and guidance, we closed on the sale of our home.
