We can't say enough about Dan Timm. After several months of unsuccessful marketing of our property with another agent, Dan was recommended by our neighbors. From the first conversation, it was clear that Dan knew the market well and was going to get the job done. He has a very pragmatic approach to getting the property sold and worked with us literally every step of the way. When we were out of town, Dan found and recommended local electricians, heating / air, etc...He knows his market in every way. If the mantra for real estate is "location, location, location", the rule for real estate professionals should be "communication, communication, communication," and Dan Timm is the expert! Through the entire process, Dan always kept a great sense of humor that made even the most challenging situations easier.

Dan and his entire team were amazing. He was super responsive and communicative (we were selling our dad's home from across the country). He had fantastic tradespeople at his disposal who were totally on (or under) budget and hit their deadlines. Not to mention the fact that when one contractor made an error they addressed it swiftly and at their own expense (I always say it is easy to look good when things are going well. The folks I want are the ones who look good when they aren't). And the real estate attorney he connected us to was a dream (went the extra mile to help my dad get the documents handled while under quarantine at a retirement facility during the COVID-19 outbreak. I couldn't recommend a better realtor and overall team. My very best home selling experience ever (and it is my 3rd).
